📱 About OneSwipe
OneSwipe is an enterprise workforce management app that allows employees to swipe a metallic toggle lever to seamlessly clock in and clock out across multiple workforce providers including Workforce (WFS), Deputy, QuickBooks Time, UKG, Tanda, and Employment Hero.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Go to Settings ➔ Systems in Use, tap Add System, select your workforce provider (e.g. Deputy, QuickBooks Time), and enter your required login credentials or organization subdomain.
The power button on each home screen tile indicates connection status:
• Grey LED: Not authenticated / Needs connection.
• Red LED: Authenticated & ready to clock in/out.
Once authenticated (Red LED):
• Swipe Right to clock in. The status LED will flash red while you are on shift.
• Swipe Left to clock out. The status LED will return to static grey upon shift end.
If your provider session expires, tapping the grey power button will launch the provider's secure authorization screen to safely renew your session.
